Chinese "Future School Lab"

The Chinese National Institute of Educational Sciences launched a Future School Programme in 2014. The programme is designed to support Chinese schools in adopting 21st century pedagogies and the use of technology in the classroom. At the heart of the programme is the Chinese "Future School Lab", based on EUN's FCL concept. Also organized into different learning zones, the Future School Lab focuses on project-based learning pedagogies and aims to become a place of inspiration and discussions between education professionals and policy-makers.

The China Future School Innovation Alliance includes 20 experimental zones, 8 demonstration schools and more than 300 affiliated schools from across the country.

The FCL team delivered a training in Chongqing in the summer of 2017. Read more about it here
