We are excited to announce that the European Schoolnet and its Future Classroom Lab is partnering with Bett UK, one of the leading global edtech exhibitions, for its 2024 edition scheduled to take place between 24-26 January 2024 at ExCel London, United Kingdom.
Bett’s mission is to spark ideas and create connections which drive impact and improve outcomes for teachers and learners. The annual event in the UK gathers over 1,200 edtech providers and over 60,000 visitors from across the world to promote the discovery of technology and allow passionate teachers and learners better access to knowledge and learning opportunities. European Schoolnet is partnering with Bett UK as one of its ‘Show and Media Partners’ in 2024. To support and further promote some of its initiatives, European Schoolnet will host a panel discussion with representatives from Ministries of Education and participate in different exchanges and talks with relevant stakeholders and partners. Ignite students' creativity by getting them to (literally) think outside the box with Lenovo's Turning Waste into Educational Wonder project. Christelle Prince, Deputy Head of Office for Digital Use, Ministry of Education, France Tomasz Kulasa, Deputy Director of the Department of General Education and Digital Transformation, Ministry of Education, Poland Organiser: European Schoolnet | Leveraging synergies between policy, schools and EdTech European Schoolnet presents EmpowerED, an EU project conceived to set up a pan-European network and platform to facilitate exchange amongst policymakers, EdTech initiatives, organisations, and practitioners. The project maps the EdTech landscape in Europe to reflect the current state of play in the sector and provide insight into trends linked to new schooling models and innovative education solutions. During this session policymakers will discuss how they work with start-ups and SMEs. They will also address the constraints that educators' work within, so that EdTech organisations can understand how to effectively participate in a thriving EdTech ecosystem for better learning outcomes across the EU.
