Large groups?
Having a large group of participants from the same institution participating in a single course can affect the dynamics and experience of the training event, and can reduce the vital aspect of cultural exchange, networking and group dynamics/development. If you plan to send more than 6 teachers to a single course, please contact fcl_courses@eun.org.
Cancellation policy
If the participant cancels his/her participation up to 6 weeks before the course begins, there are no cancellation fees.
If the participation is cancelled between 6 weeks and 2 weeks before the course starts, 50% of the course fee will be charged. Also, in case accommodation is included and can't be cancelled, it will be charged. If the cancellation happens any later, there will not be any refund. Substitutions are possible right up to the start of the course.
Any cancellation or change notification has to be done by email to fcl@eun.org and/or to your contact person at EUN. The cancellation/change is considered valid when you receive a confirmation that the cancellation has been acknowledged.
