Course venue
All courses are held on-site at European Schoolnet’s Future Classroom Lab (FCL) — a unique, innovative learning environment in Brussels, designed to inspire new thinking around pedagogy, learning spaces, and technology integration.
The FCL is located in the heart of the European Quarter, within walking distance of the European Commission (Berlaymont) and the European Parliament.

Target audience
Our courses are open to:
- Pre-primary, primary and secondary school teachers
- School leaders, ICT coordinators, and other school staff
- VET teachers, adult educators, and teacher educators in higher education (when relevant to the course theme)
Participants should be motivated to enhance their teaching practices with innovative pedagogical approaches and digital tools.
Language
All courses are delivered in English. Participants should have at least basic proficiency in spoken and written English to actively engage in the course activities.
Course fees:
The standard fee for a 5-day course is:
- €575 per participant, including:
- €500 for tuition, materials, and guided visits
- €75 for daily lunches and coffee breaks
Note: The meals are part of the course package and cannot be separated.

Erasmus+ KA1 Funding
The Erasmus+ Programme has funding opportunities for schools under Key Action 1 "Learning Mobility of Individuals". For more information see the Programme Guide and information provided by your National Agency.

Reserving places
- Registrations are first come, first served, priority to participants with funding confirmed.
- Each course requires a minimum of 15 participants.
- Final confirmation of the course is made 6 weeks before the start date.

Large groups?
Having a large group of participants from the same institution participating in a single course can affect the dynamics and experience of the training event, and can reduce the vital aspect of cultural exchange, networking and group dynamics/development. If you plan to send more than 6 teachers to a single course, please contact fcl_courses@eun.org.
Cancellation policy
- Up to 6 weeks before the course: Free cancellation
- Between 6 and 2 weeks before: 50% of course fee charged
- Less than 2 weeks before: No refund
- Accommodation fees (if arranged) may be non-refundable depending on the hotel’s policy
