The TeknoGenç Future Classroom Lab (FCL) operates within a dual education system, hosting 3rd graders in the morning and 1st graders in the afternoon. The curriculum, guided by the Turkish Ministry of National Education, employs active learning, techno pedagogical strategies, and flexible learning environments. 

A dedicated team of educators completed the Innovative Learning Environment Design Course on the Teacher Information Network (ÖBA). This training enhanced their skills in technology-enhanced pedagogical learning, project-based methods, and flexible classroom design, preparing them to effectively use technology and adapt teaching to modern learning environments. 

The TeknoGenç FCL class features flexible furniture and a collaborative technological ecosystem.

User-friendly digital tools were selected to ensure smooth integration into the curriculum. Physical materials are also provided for hands-on projects, and funding for the design was provided by the family of the late Meryem Bereket. 
Local partnerships, including the Gönen Ne10 Robotic Coding Center, provided digital skills training for students. Activities in the FCL class include collaborative problem-solving, presentation preparation, and group work, emphasizing active and project-based learning. 

The classroom is equipped with smartboards, all-in-one computers, and tablets. Key tools include: 

• Canva for creative editing 
• Plickers for collaborative assessments 
• Google Tools for asynchronous learning 
• Virtual Reality Applications for immersive exploration 
• AI Tools like ChatGPT for dynamic learning support

The TeknoGenç FCL class prioritizes the thoughtful integration of technology as a tool to enhance, not dominate, the learning process. This approach has significantly boosted student engagement and skill development, offering a model for innovative and future-ready education.
