Jana Op de Beeck

Policy officer Knowledge Center Digisprong; FCL Lead Ambassador

Jana brings a wealth of experience in education, currently employed at the Flemish Ministry of Education and Training within the Digisprong knowledge center. 

With over a decade of experience as a primary school teacher and pedagogical ICT coordinator in Flanders, she possesses a deep understanding of the nuances within the educational field.

Carla Barros Lourenço

Carla Barros Lourenço is a dedicated teacher proficient in both Portuguese and German. She holds a master's degree in education from the Institute of Education at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, as well as a degree in Modern Language and Literature, specialising in Portuguese and German Studies, from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa. In present, she serves as the Head of the Educational Resources and Technologies Team (ERTE) at the Directorate-General for Education within the Portuguese Ministry of Education. Beyond her national role, Carla actively contributes to various working groups of the European Commission and European Schoolnet, focusing on advancing Digital Education.

José Fernández

Secondary school teacher, graduated from the University of Alicante, he has worked as a teacher and head of studies between 1992 and 2008, when he joined the current National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training (INTEF) as part of the National Support Service for the eTwinning project.

Since then, he has coordinated European experimentation projects such as Future Classroom Lab, Mentep or Teach Up, and other national ones such as Samsung Smart School.

Since 2019 he coordinates the educational experimentation service at INTEF, focusing his activity on the coordination of the projects Aula del Futuro, the School of Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence and CodeINTEF.
